Expertise includes CRE sales, leasing, asset management and valuation analysis of office, retail and industrial properties, property & facilities management, tenant site location and evaluation; single-tenant, triple net leased investments throughout Northern California and the Western US.
Commercial leased investment sales, ground-up site location, evaluation, oversight of design, construction and build to suit improvements. Development of property's asset management systems, marketing, and transactional procedures. Marketing and Disposition of corporate, REIT and lender-owned properties (REOs).
